To respect your time and ours, we require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a thermography appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule with fewer than 48 hours’ notice — or if you miss your appointment — 50% of the service fee will be charged and applied toward the missed session.
This policy allows us to offer your time slot to another client and ensures that our team can continue providing timely care to everyone.

Deposit policy: To reserve your thermography appointment, a $5 deposit is required at booking.
This deposit will be applied toward your service total at the time of your appointment.
